Sorrows and Sadness are things we cannot escape or hide from.We all feel sad at some point in our lives and sometimes when someone around us is suddenly no more..we do feel sad.Sudden demise makes a lot of people sad around that person and lifes of lots of people do change for ever.Breakups for young people can be heartbreaking,there are other things that sometimes we compress deep down in our hearts and sad songs sometime digs them out and we feel like crying.Here is a list of 25 sad songs which are greatest of them all for me.Its not the ultimate ones but they are the ones i felt sad everytime i listen.

   This song is not about losing someone but about missing someone.But there was a day when millions cried.Yes the entire WWE universe cried watching the tribute to EDDIE after his sudden demise,he was only 38 years old and was entertaining fans and suddenly the next week he was paid tribute on smackdown and millons watching it on tv thought it was a stunt coz back then WWE was full of surprises but nothing is more true than being dead...on that 2 hrs of extraveganza everyone in the arena from the world's largest athlete to smallest of childrens present cried.Chect the eddie guerrero tribute and people are still watching it.If anyone reading is a wwe fan also check out this official eddie guerrero tribute 01 video.

   Eric clapton wrote this song after his 4 year old son ,Conor died falling from a 53rd floor window in the appartment in newyork.Very sad to even think about such incidents and accidents.Later on Clapton appeared in Public Service Announcements urging parents to put up gates to keep their children safe.

   This song is about child abuse and this evil is their in our society that we have to fight someway.Everyday someone somewhere is a victim.Child Abuse doesn't mean rape all the time so the ones who donot know it should know and learn coz there could be anyone taking advantage of small kids out there from teachers to neighbours....could it be anybody.

   This was the official soundrack of the blockbuster movie Armageddon.Over 44 million youtube hits!!!.One really feels sad after watching the movie and when the song is played in the end.Steven Tyler is amazing.

   This song deals with the issue of teenage pregnancy.One can imagine what life becomes after that.All i would say be safe and play safe.

   James blunt showed the world he was not a fluke after his maassive hit "you're beautiful."This is even better,this song is very haunting and this song is just not a funeral song but over the years have become the most popular funeral song.James blunt on a piano singing the song is stunning and the official video is disturbing.He recorded this song on carrie fishers bathroom where there was a piano and he played it.

   Another great song on the piano and this time a beautiful singer lisa hannigan accompanied Damien like she does in most of his song.This is one of the songs where one will feel that the word" Fuck you" can be so touching.

    An Amazing song from an amazing movie "Pearl harbour" by an amazing country singer Faith hill.I don't know if its a sad song or a love song but one feels sad after the movie is over and memories start to reflect as soon as the song begans.This song describes the beautiful love story in the movie and that what makes it sad.

    Again i'm not sure how many people think this one to be a sad song but listening carefully towards the end of the song makes me think that this is a sad song.Sad or not this is one of the best songs by Augustana.

    This is the most succesful song in last ten years in terms of play,record sales,digital downloads,chart positions....
    The original version by one republic was not well accepted and many didnot like it,Timbaland just made very litle change and gave his name that was enough to make it an anthem.Everyone from age 4 to age 70 have sang this song at home ,at streets....
    ryan tedder shot to fame because of the lyrics he wrote and now he is approached by many to write for them.

  The ones who care for the planet knows what this song is about,others just listened to it and moved on...the crisis that we are facing today,the way climate has changed in unusual way over the last few years are due to human actions but still people are not willing to accept the facts.our palnet is awake now and strange things and unusual things happening all around the world every year.This year Turkey saw worst flood situations ever,even japan had unusual mud slides..brazil,mexico..India..everyone is experiencing different things...Michael ask the question a long time ago in the song" do we give a damn??".we better start giving it before its too late.

  This words says it all, we better start caring for the planet start lowering our carbon footprint in whatever little ways that we can...this is the only place where there is life..if we continue to pollute at this level by the end of the 2100 there will be 6 degree rise and there will be no future but we are humans we will act sooner or later but a 2 degree rise would wipe all the coastal cities around the world by 2050.And we are losing more money than financial crisis to natural disasters which have become more severe in recent years.Just couple of days of heavy rain and billions of dollars worth of property is gone..we seen that in Taiwan,turkey,brazil,mexico this year......last year in australia
